Twil Paris is a contemporary Christian singer/songwriter who has been inducted into the Gospel Music Association's Hall of Fame. Many of her songs are found in church hymnals and/or are played in church settings of many denominations. "How Beautiful" does sound strikingly beautiful and evocative on Strings - even minus the poignant lyrics. It is often a requested song for the Communion time of a Wedding or during a contemplative time of prayer. In this arrangement the 2nd Violin plays the melody on verses 1 & 2 while the 1st Violin has a descant. The 1st Violin takes over the melody for verse 3, and the cello even gets a turn at the melody at the key change before the ending.
