SKU: A0.509779
By The Beatles. By John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Arranged by Elaine & Larry Conger. Rock. Score and parts. 4 pages. Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music #5311959. Published by Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music (A0.509779).
From The Beatles 1965 album "Rubber Soul" this arrangement is intended for mountain dulcimer duet in 1-5-8 or DAD tuning. There is a part for standard dulcimer and a bass dulcimer. Don't have a bass dulcimer? A second standard dulcimer can easily play the bass part. Also, the standard dulcimer part can stand alone as a solo.
The arrangement is best suited for the upper intermediate level player with a solid knowledge of three finger chords and chord-melody style of playing. The standard dulcimer makes use of a 1+ fret and a 0+ fret. The bass dulcimer makes use of a 1+ fret. No workaround is available to avoid these notes.
Three pages. Both parts appear on the same page. Tablature, lyrics and guitar accompaniment chords are included.
