March from The Nutcracker is the sound of Christmas! This arrangement is perfect for beginners at a level 1B. Set in the key of D it is all in first position. The student plays on A and E string and one note on the D string. There are low 2, G naturals on the E string. Right hand techniques used are circle bows and staccato detachè. The dotted eighth sixteenth is played with separate bows to ease learning.
The solo part includes a part using standard musical notation and a copy of the same part is included using alpha notes. (Letter name for each note is printed inside the note head.)
